A group of St. Stephen's women have met for about 25 years to make quilts.
In the past few years, they have created small quilts for children at the Children's Cottage during upheaval in their lives.
The children take the quilts home after their stay. Marguerite Picken also creates little boy and girl dolls for the children.
Each doll has different hair, eyes and clothing and comes in a bag embroidered My Friend.
