Ribbon of Hope May'07

The Ribbon of Hope was displayed across the sanctuary at St. Stephen's on Sunday May 6 2007.

Squares containing prayers, remembrances and symbols of hope were added to the ribbon as it continues it' s journey across Canada.

Emma Westcott, our parish’s PWRDF representative, organized a workshop at St. Stephen's which was centered on HIV/AIDS in Africa.
Participants watched videos, heard a PowerPoint presentation by Alison Longson who had spent 6 weeks in Africa - who talked about scenarios of lives that were changed by AIDS
before walking the length of the Ribbon of Hope and adding a square with a message.
