The Reverend Brian E. Pearson, Rector
A graduate of Trinity College, U of T (1981), Brian has been Rector (Senior Priest) at St. Stephen’s since 1999, following ministries in Ontario and British Columbia. A musician and published author, Brian preaches with an ear to real people and their stories, and sometimes brings his band to church, The Soul Food Band, to mix things up.
Clara King, Assistant Curate

Clara received her Master of Divinity in 2009 from Vancouver School of Theology, and has professional experience in non-profit management and fund development. Clara has a long relationship with the ecumenical community of Taize in France, first as a pilgrimage leader for youth and young adults, and then stayed with the community as a Permanent for four months. In 2008, she travelled to Nairobi, Kenya with the community, and was asked by the Brothers to stay with a family in the slum of Kibera. Clara grew up in Calgary and is a passionate animal lover; she has an elderly black lab from the SPCA and keeps her horse just outside of Cochrane.
Lynn McKeown, Parish Administrator
Lynn has been the administrative heart and soul of St. Stephen’s since 2004. She is the “go to” person for any inquirers who want to be married, make use our church facilities, or find out more about our programs and ministries. Behind the scenes Lynn oversees the care and use of our buildings and properties, manages our Parish List, pays our bills, and knows most of what is going on at any given moment.
Bev Senko, Administrative Assistant

Jeff Jones, Organist & Music Director
A graduate from the University of Regina with a B.Mus. (Organ Performance), Jeff has served churches in Regina, Edmonton and Calgary. His work with our volunteer choir often draws applause in the Sunday service, as do his weekly postludes. In his other life Jeff is a manager of financial services with TD Canada Trust.
Eduardo Rodriguez, Caretaker
The longest-serving staff member at St. Stephen’s, Eduardo is a tireless worker, ensuring the buildings and grounds are presentable and in good repair, cleaning and preparing rooms for use, and doing so with a ready quip and an engaging smile.
